When will I receive my voucher?

Once/if you are eligible for a voucher, you will receive an email from noreply@optimisemedia.com. The email will either be called ‘Here’s your reward’ or ‘Claim your reward’, depending on the voucher you’re receiving.
The email will include a link which, when clicked, will take you through to our simple voucher portal.
Once in the portal, please enter your first and last name and your email address and choose whether you would like an Amazon or M&S voucher.
When you’ve shared the information that we need, you will receive a second email containing your voucher code – and that’s it!
Please note, if you’re expecting an email from us but it hasn’t come, check it hasn’t gone into your spam or junk email folder. You can add noreply@optimisemedia.com to your safe sender's list to prevent this from happening.
