There is a 90 day validation period between the policy start date and the date that we issue your vouchers. If you cancel within this period (or your friend does so, if you're expecting refer a friend vouchers), then you will not receive any vouchers.
If we have your email address, we will send you an email asking you to claim your vouchers once the validation period has ended. Please check your junk/spam folder for this email and add email@example.com to your safe senders list. You will then have to log into our online portal to claim your voucher, which will be sent by email within 15 days.
If you are expecting a postal voucher that has not arrived, please contact our customer service team on 0330 0600 632 so that we can check when the voucher was sent.
