Can I use my email address for someone else's policy?

We understand that not everybody has an email address or may not like using the internet.

Providing that you do not already have an account with us, you are able to use your email address to set-up a policy on behalf of someone else.

If you have a policy or quotation completed previously, you will have an account already and by using your email address for their policy, it will link their policy to your account and can lead to the names being incorrect.

In these cases, the best thing to do would be to contact us directly on 0330 0600 600 as we are able to set-up a policy without the need of an email address. This will also mean their documents will be posted out automatically.
