My home insurance policy is due to automatically renew - when will you take the payment?

If your policy is set to automatically renew, we will take the renewal payment a few days prior to your renewal date. If for any reason we are unable to debit the payment, then one of our renewal agents will contact you by phone to sort out a new payment method.

If we can’t reach you by phone, we’ll contact you by post and email to advise you that your policy will lapse unless we can take the payment for your renewal.

If the expiry date passes without a payment being made, then the policy will lapse and you will be uninsured unless you’ve arranged cover elsewhere.
