When will my details appear on the Motor Insurance Database?

We aim to update the MID database as quickly as possible after you purchase a policy or change your details. If your vehicle is not on the MID database and you have insurance with us please call us on 0330 0600 602 and we will do all we can to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind it can take up to one week to update.
