Before you can access your online customer account, you will need to register. As soon as you’ve bought your policy you will be given details of how to register. We’ll also send you an email with instructions.

You will then be able to access, view and download your documents as well as being able to make changes to your policy.
Just use the username or email address and password you set up at registration to log in again at any time.
