If you or we cancel, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Fees are lower if you cancel within the 14 day cooling-off period. You will be charged £15 if you or we cancel within this time period.
However, if you cancel outside of the 14-day cooling-off period, you will be subject to a £35 cancellation charge.
