Yes, a cancellation fee will apply if you cancel your home insurance policy. The amount depends on when you bought your policy:
- Policies bought before 17th September 2025: £15 if you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, or £30 after this period.
- Policies bought on or after 17th September 2025: £15 if you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, or £35 after this period.
If you paid for your policy in full and have unused cover left, we’ll refund the remaining premium after the cancellation fee has been taken off.
