When will I receive my voucher?

If you're eligible for a voucher, you'll receive an email from noreply@optimisemedia.com. The email will either be called ‘Here’s your reward’ or ‘Claim your reward’, depending on the voucher you’re receiving.
 
The email will include a link which, when clicked upon will take you through to our voucher portal.
 
Once in the portal, please enter your full name and your email address to arrange your Amazon voucher.
 
Once we receive this information, you'll receive a second email containing your voucher code – it's that simple. 

Please note, if you’re expecting an email from us but it hasn’t come through yet, check it hasn’t gone into your spam or junk folder. You can add noreply@optimisemedia.com to your safe sender's list to prevent this from happening.
