To access your home insurance policy documents, you'll need to log into your online account. It's easy:
1. Go to Login
2. Select 'I have home insurance'
2. Type in the email address and password that you set when you purchased your policy.
If you can't remember your password, click on 'Help with logging in?'. Once you've added all of the details on this page, you'll be emailed a 'token' to log in with. Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive. And keep an eye on your junk/spam folder too, as the token may end up there.
Once you've logged in, you can click on the policy you want to view.
You'll also have the option to view or download your documents in a pdf format.
You can then print the documents, save them to your computer, or just read them on the screen. Nice.
