If we are able to offer you cover at renewal, there are three ways that you can renew your home insurance policy:
1. If your policy is set to automatically renew, you don’t need to do anything! We'll send you a quote for your next year of cover 30 days before your renewal date. Your policy will renew, provided there are no issues with collecting payment. If you are unsure whether your policy is set to auto-renew, if you need to make any changes, or if you have any questions, please contact our renewals team by telephone, email or Live Chat.
Please be aware that if you are set to auto-renew, we may take payment up to 4 days before your renewal rate. This allows us to make sure we can take and process payment ahead of your policy renewing, to ensure your cover is not interrupted.
You can find out more about automatic renewal and, should you wish, how to opt out, by contacting us by email, live chat or over the phone.
If you have more than 30 days left on your policy, you can also change your settings in your customer account.
2. If your policy is not set to renew automatically, you can contact our renewals team directly, who can talk you through your renewal options. They should be able to confirm a renewal premium for you. All of the relevant contact details are displayed for you here.
If you have any further questions, feel free to click on to start a Live Chat - a member of our team will be happy to assist you!
