I pay monthly via direct debit, what happens when my home insurance is due for renewal?

If your home insurance policy is not due to automatically renew, then the direct debit will end once your final instalment has been collected. And we won't take any further payments.
 
If your policy is due to automatically renew, then an entirely new direct debit agreement will be set up. This will use the account details that were originally provided to us.
 
We'll take the first payment of your new direct debit agreement around the start date of your renewed policy. You'll also receive a new credit agreement to sign and return to Premium Credit.
 
If you wish to amend the bank details for the policy that is due to automatically renew, then your direct debit agreement will be renewed at the same time, using the account details from the previous year.
 
The first payment of your new direct debit agreement will be taken around the start date of your renewed policy. Around this date, you will also receive a new credit agreement to sign and return to Premium Credit Limited.
 
However, if your home insurance policy is not due to automatically renew, then the direct debit will end once your final instalment has been collected - no further payments will be taken.
