Yes - we're able to set up a policy for a property that you are purchasing if you know your exchange date and it's within the next 30 days.
It's important to note that we require you to complete the sale and be moving into the property within 30 days of the exchange date.
If either your exchange date or completion date unexpectedly changes from what you've originally told us, it's important you call and let us know on 0330 0600 600.
Some insurers can offer you a policy if the time between exchange of contracts and completions is more than 30 days, they can be found through the British Insurers Brokers Association (BIBA). Give them a call on 0370 950 1790 for more information.
