One of the conditions for refer a friend is that new customers must not cancel their policy within 60 days of it starting. Once your friend has bought a home, car or pet policy direct, you’ll need to wait 60 days from their policy start date before we will issue a voucher.
After this period has passed, you’ll receive an email inviting you to claim your Amazon voucher, followed by a second email with your voucher code.
These emails come from noreply@vouchersent.com and not Policy Expert, so keep an eye out for them! It may take up to 21 days to receive your reward emails, but we’ll always try to get it to you sooner.
