I received an email about my referral, but I never got my reward. What does this mean?

When the person you’ve referred buys a policy, you’ll receive an email. However, your reward is still subject to our validation process which can take upto 90 days.
If the friend you referred didn't purchase the policy from our website, or does not meet any of the other 'Refer a Friend' terms & conditions, you won't receive your voucher.
