If you have a Silver or Gold policy and added Farewell cover, you may be able to claim back:
- The amount you paid or donated for your pet, up to £2,500
- Up to £250 towards cremation or burial costs
If your pet passes away due to illness, this cover applies up to 9 years old. If your pet passes away due to an accident, or is permanently lost, there is no age limit.
