How do I make a change to my policy?

You can make some changes to your pet insurance policy in your online customer account.

In your account, you can update:

  • your contact details
  • your pet’s name
  • your address

If you change your address, your premium may change too.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to change your Direct Debit payment date at this time.
