How can I access my online customer account?

If you've already registered, you can access your online account here. You'll then be able to access, view and download your documents as well as being able to make changes to your policy. Just use the email address and password you set up at registration to log in again at any time.

If you've already registered and can't get access to your account, make sure you're using the correct username. This will normally be the email address you set the policy up with and the password you created at the time; this is case sensitive. If you've forgotten your password, visit the Login page and select the ‘Forgotten Password’ button.
