No, unfortunately these situations are classed as ‘fault’ claims. For a claim to be ‘non-fault’ there needs to be another identifiable person whose insurance will pay for the damages, including your excess. In cases like theft, vandalism, weather, or an uninsured driver, there isn’t another person to claim from.
